Vietnam has been growing into a IT outsourcing country for the last decade. Where traditionally people think of India and China as the place to go, we’ve gone to Vietnam. Not only us, but big enterprises such as Samsung, Google and Microsoft have already found Vietnam to be a great source of talent. The Vietnamese government invests a great deal into the IT sector, it’s booming! With an average age of 30.9 years and more people coming into the IT sector each yer, there is a big pool of fresh IT talent available. Madlogic has the competitive edge because we’ve been in Vietnam since 2015!
Our main office is in Ho Chi Minh City, a city of 9 milion. The Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area has 13 million people. Our other office is in Hanoi, a city of 8 million people. With a total of 300.000 new IT university graduates per year in Vietnam, this gives us a great pool to select outstanding talent.

Madlogic’s cultural bridge is Thanh, he’s our Head of Technology. Thanh is the link between the western companies and the excellent Vietnamese developers. He is an experienced IT enterpreneur and developer. He was born in Vietnam and grew up in the Netherlands, he understands both cultures very well. He’s fluent in Dutch, English and Vietnamese.
